Tricep Workout

✓ Close grip bench press
Bring your hands close together to transfer the emphasis from your chest to your triceps.
The close-grip bench pressis a compound exercise targeting the triceps and chest. The main difference between this exercise and the standard bench press is that the hands and elbows are placed closer together.

✓ Rope tricep pushdown







Triceps Pushdown - Rope Attachment Instructions. Attach a rope attachment to a high pulley and grab with a neutral grip (palms facing each other). Standing upright with the torso straight and a very small inclination forward, bring the upper arms close to your body and perpendicular to the floor
It utilizes an angled bar, which can allow you to move heavier weights more comfortably than a straight bar or rope. It is usually performed for moderate to high reps

✓ Overhead tricep extension
Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding one dumbbell in your hands. Bring the weight overhead, extending your arms straight so the dumbbell is above your head. Keeping everything from your shoulders to elbows still, slowly bend your elbows, lowering the weight behind your head until your arms are just lower than 90 degrees
Lower the rope behind you, keeping your upper arms stationary, then flex your triceps to return to the starting position

✓ Triceps dips
Position your hands shoulder-width apart on a secured bench or stable chair.
Slide your butt off the front of the bench with your legs extended out in front of you
Tricep dips are an exercise that you can use to build your arms at home, at the gym, or even on a park bench during your morning run. The dip’s accessibility makes it a versatile exercise, but you need to be careful about form to stay safe and get the best results

 ✓ Tricep kickback
Stand with your knees bent and lean forward slightly, with a dumbbell in each hand
Contract the glutes throughout this movement and hold the contraction at the top for a second
The single-arm triceps kick-back is an isolation move from a bent-over position used to increase size and strength of the triceps
